|Course Description||Prerequisite: ENG 111 or OAT 151 either with a minimum grade of "C". MGT 153W is recommended. Discusses theories of management practices and explains fundamentals of administrative, executive, and staff management. Emphasizes the management functions of planning, organizing, directing, controlling, as well as preparation of information required for decision making. Covers the analysis of management problems and the synthesis of solutions. (45-0)|
